Conditioner Roll Pressure Release

The conditioner rolls utilize an over center

cam at each end that allows the rolls to

open easier when an obstacle or clump of

hay is encountered in the field. The over

center cam will automatically reset the rolls

after the obstruction has passed through

the conditioner rolls. The operator is not re-

quired to stop and lift the header, as are

competitive designs which open the condi-

tioner rolls as the header is raised. The

conditioner roll pressure release system al-

lows the operator to keep cutting with less

lost time, and more productive time, for a

faster hay harvest.
